Yoga in the Garden: Fall Edition

The session (60minutes) begins at 5:30 pm and will conclude approximately 6:30 pm.

you are encouraged to arrive early to shop! 

*We plan to practice outdoors- Weather Permitting, of

course* If weather is unsatisfactory, we will reschedule. 

Class Description:

Slow movement. Crisp air. A little magic.
Join us in the garden for an earthy evening flow, followed by warm apple cider under the autumn sky.

All Level Class! This grounding practice designed to help you soften and let go. Poses are held longer, giving your body time to settle, release, and breathe deeper. The sequence is repeated so you can notice where your body begins to loosen and open.

Expect deep stretching, intentional movement, and a quiet return inward. 🍂

All levels are welcome. Please bring your yoga mat and any props to make you more comfortable.
