Join us Friday, Aug. 29 at 6PM for a slow, grounding restorative practice at Oak Hill Yoga in Crown Point. This class is designed to help you move through emotional barriers with deep support and intentional stillness. Using blankets, bolsters, and blocks, we’ll settle into long-held postures that invite the body to release and the heart to soften.
A perfect reset for heavy hearts and tired spirits—come exactly as you are. Props will be provided, but feel free to bring your own for extra comfort.
