The session (75 minutes) begins at 10 am and will conclude approximately 11:15 am.
you may arrive as early as 9:30 amon the date of your selected session.
*We plan to practice outdoors- Weather Permitting, of
course* If weather is unsatisfactory, we will practice in the studio.
Class Description:
Join us for a 75-minute grounding outdoor yoga experience at Oak Hill Yoga in Crown Point designed to help you reconnect with your body, breath, and the earth beneath you. Surrounded by nature, we’ll move through a mindful flow that blends gentle movement, breathwork, and stillness to ground your energy and bring you fully into the present moment.
This class includes our signature reflective prompt worksheets—thoughtfully crafted to guide you in releasing what no longer serves you and making space for new intentions, clarity, and alignment. Through intentional journaling, mindful meditation and embodied movement, you’ll leave feeling lighter, rooted, and renewed from the inside out.
All levels are welcome. Please bring your yoga mat and any props to make you more comfortable.
*No prior yoga experience necessary. Wear comfortable clothing and bring an open mind.*
